Job Description

Provide high-level of administrative support to the Management Office to ensure the efficient flow of daily administrative task. Work closely to the Hotel Manager to support him/her on day to day tasks to manage and prioritise his time.

Typical Experience

At least 1 year experience working in a similar role.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT applications.
Certificate in Administration would be an advantage.
Arabic language is an advantage. Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills (Indicate required level: basic, intermediate, advanced or expert):

Displays emotional maturity and sensitivity in dealing with others.
Operates with integrity and objectivity at all times.
Extremely organised and demonstrates good planning skills.
Proactive to address and resolve issues.
Ability to work in a fast paced work environment.
A Team player.
Able to work on own initiative and with limited supervision.
Able to prioritise and manage own workload.
Detail Conscious and accurate in all aspects of administration work.
Motivated in completing efficient administration duties.
First class people skills and the ability to communicate effectively across a multi-national, multi-cultural environment.
The ability to deliver results within a pressurized deadline driven environment
